Step #1 - Company Name and Legal Structure
Create your Company Name. Use your own name or think up a new one. Make it unique or descriptive, a name you can live with and be proud to use. Then, register your Company Name as required in your State. You want to stay legal and prevent lawsuits.
In some states, it might be a good idea to make sure that someone else does not already have the name you want to use.
