Customers are just friends we haven't met yet. How do you feel when you are treated with respect, interest, and courtesy? You go back to those businesses that give you good service with good manners, and you tell other people about them.
Everybody at
Trucking Compliance wants you to feel this way about us. If we do the job you expect, please let us know and talk about us to other truckers. Also let us know when something is wrong. We can't fix it if we don't know it's broken.
You deserve the following BILL OF RIGHTS. We want you to hold us accountable if we ever fall short of providing any of these rights to you, our customer.

1. You are entitled to be treated like a real person deserving of respect, honesty, and friendliness.
2. You are entitled to full value for your money. When you buy our products and services, we assure you that you are making a wise investment, and that we will provide the products and services exactly as we represented them to you.
3. You are entitled to complete satisfaction, even when you buy our products and services by mail, phone, or Internet without meeting us in person.
4. You are entitled to speedy, courteous, knowledgeable answers to your questions and all the help we can give you to design exactly the right solution, or find the critical information that you need.
5. You are entitled to prompt delivery of products and services, as contracted. In the event of any delay, you are entitled to immediate notification, along with an honest estimate of when you can expect delivery.
6. You are entitled to deal with a real, live human being, who can answer your questions and resolve problems quickly in person or by email.
7. You are entitled to be treated just like we wish to be treated when we are someone else’s customer.
